Abbie teaches an incredible breathwork class. If you are willing to throw yourself into it and remember that you're doing it for a reason it makes it easier to connect. I struggle with mental overload sometimes which makes it difficult to switch off. This was one of the first times I have managed to detach from all negative and stressful thoughts for a long time!

Powerful — that's the first word that comes to mind. So many sensations and feelings came up throughout the practice, from feeling cold to tension to feelings of utter release. After the session I felt so calm. Abbie describes somatics work as a deep clean which I couldn't agree with more. It allowed me to release feelings and emotions that were no longer serving me.
